All i can say is that it works but it is useless trash for anything you want to do except elite chest farm on low lvl maps.

They nerfed it on any new map / event.

I agree. Warrior with SB 6/6 and SB aegis (with SB amu) and immo brace is amazing in pvp and pretty much immortal.
I played some duels with that build (clean) and fought mages and rogues with SB...

Can we rework luck in a way it influences any drop to be to the highest tier item on the loottable?

Actually you can play endgame on diablo immortal without spending a penny.

The best option is a mage with SB 7/6, aquaris and your best dmg ele set.
Those dudes do LB orick in 7 sec Alone

After having tested all of them (finally)
I can firmly assure that you guys did an awfull work on designing Starbeast items.

All the procs look alike except the shield, chakram and daggers one...

Could put the Blood items in guaranteed loot

They did it in order to let people roll op awaks more often so good gear is more accessible intheory. Since awaks are gamechanger.
Especially compaired with before when you could upgrade your gear...

A system wich let us chose the awak and just gamble it's rarity with the stone would be better. (Like you gamble how many awak slots you got and their rarity on every gem then you chose the awak)

Just look at all the op awaks people rolled with it from 15% CD + 7% stats to 7% stats + 150% gl and 150+150= 300% gl. Those arcane gems are really amazing.

They are just as op as expected but...

New arc gems are over exagerated.
Blue gems feel like trash now.
Red gems feel legendary.

So yeah you reached your objectives but you should rethink them.
