For the most part I like your ideas.

For me though, the biggest problem with PvP is the folks that can't handle dying, then get all rude and whiny in chat.

"I was low health" "I was lagged"...

Some people choose to cheat. It's a character flaw.

Exploiting a bug IS cheating, banning is the only proper response. Maybe those of us that refuse to cheat at a game will spend our money elsewhere...
