The update made the maps' elite mobs' health less so as to make the maps easier, got nothing to do with increased chance of mythic or arcane in chests. If ur luck sux, sux it up and pray ur luck...

This is a very good idea imo. In a earlier post of mine, I did highlighted that it's kinda absurd to invest all the time and effort fighting through a elite map to get a crappy common, green or epic...
