I disagree that awakes killed pvp. If pvp died because of a pay to win system, pve and the game as a whole would have died too. The game is free to play, so of course it is going to be pay to win....

From my experience, all twink levels are "dying." None of them (lvls 3-27) are as active as they used to be. Within the last 3 months I have done pvp at level 7, 8, 14, and 16. They all became boring...

For Level 7:
1.) GW:
3/5 Curse (Sweeping, and Penetrating)
1/5 Heal
3/5 Shield (Extended, and Static Resonance)
2.) Vs:
1/5 light
1/5 curse
2/5 heal (Regrowth)
2/5 shield (Static Resonance)
