When you scroll down at the overview of all forums to the members who are online, there are some red or green names. (Maybe not always, they are just humans ;))
These are the Forums Staff Leaders....

I'm not quite sure actually,
you can pm a Dev here on forums to make double sure.

They actually should be able to recover it all, the support team takes such things really serious.
