There are outliers for everything. Yes, there are a few collectors with gears of only 4-5 in game, but that is how it’s supposed to be. Life is full of outliers. Not everything is meant for everyone....

The case for all Classes to get the same speed buff (or no speed buff at all) makes sense to me.

Obviously the most fun thing is to give speed to Rogue and Warrior - thus increasing the total...

Tabard is a vanity that is both cool and it was bound.
It shud be brought back, it is a cool look and sadly it is almost non existent in the game at the moment .
