I found a green vanity which fits this event, which can be placed in vendor for 9500 tokens (bound) and platinums version (tradeble) both. Vanity name - Anahk brood.

+1 to Green Giggers weapon to match Bio-Hazard Biomorph set with Green Bio-hazard Wings similar to pink rose/icy demon wing.

Daily deals of the ones now on the vendor could probably just be removed, though they are cheaper in the deal.

Same issue I’m having. I literally farmed 30 mins and couldn’t get the event Zombie to spawn. I just stopped farming.

In regards to returning items, in general, if it was a leaderboard reward it probably won't return unless it's as part of the same event it was previously.
