The problem is that you can't really farm them, because the few maps, which drop them also drop other types of jewels. During last double draghin teeth odds I farmed a whole bar all the way from 0...

Hey guys, there's been a lot of discussion about the brood lockeds no longer being craftable now that the event is over. I'm looking into this today and will update this thread when I know more....

I personally did not buy any recipes as I expected such a development. However based on the way things worked with the massive spider crates it would have been logical to assume that those would work...

In serious note, yes its only available on the Auto-level 150 platinum. Theres no other way to obtain it as of now.

As the halloween event locks recipe was usable even after the end of event & CD to spend tokens i think it ll be the same for the brood recipe.
