This is a terrible idea. It would be boring if levelling up was that easy. 5x experience is bad enough. 10x would ruin it.

I agree with most of the OP but I don't think kill steals should count as assist. It takes serious skill to consistently kill steal. If it didn't, everyone would be able to do that and there wouldn't...
