lol dps is useless stat, and showing really nothing, damage dealt by skills depends only on DMG.
for example on rogue:
my dmg is 5084, dps is 9151 (with ebon daggers), 9151/5084= 1,8

Currently, speed stats (stacking) are used for:
* Skills: Passive Speed, Refuel
* Pets: Cottonkill / Oswald / Loco happy buffs
* Elixirs: 25% 30 minute speed elixir, Marshfoot elixir

Only passive speed skills were changed. Gale Force and Rallying Cry use speed multipliers so don't stack with other speed multipliers (only best applies).

It's working, but it looks like some of the mobs aren't counting for it that should, so it's not triggering nearly as often as it should. I'll get them fixed for the next update.
