There is another boss, gives higher points than syrillax.
Its the guards again but bigger ice block. Thats the one u need to kill. I think u need to be plat tier for it

When u login and have already completed the 100 story quests, u dont get the aps.
After logging if u complete a daily/any quest, u get all the quest aps that u were supposed to...
