I don't think the op meant that new players should get an arcane right away.

I believe that "old school farming" should be kind of revived so that new and f2p players have at least a better chance...

You do realize 200+ runs in elite is way too much for each essence? So you will run nearly 1k times just for 1 set of mythic? Way too much PLUS we won't even know how hard those elites will be right?...
