Sorry that you don't like the new expansion flashbackflip. We are listening to constructive feedback though and aren't opposed to making changes based on player consensus, so don't give up on it.

Passives will not be coming with the next content update. We decided that since the current skills cannot be maxed out yet we shouldn't introduce passives at this time.

Thanks for the info! This issue is currently being investigated internally, so hopefully a fix will be in the works and those sweet particle effects won't play hide and seek much longer. :)

The weapon has rare, epic, and legendary versions. The legendary version has a mana regen proc as well. :)

We will be removing the Memorial Day vanity items from the store in a week or so. The Memorial Day vanity items that are loot drops will not be removed though.
