Rifle is doing little more dmg after the buff. The dmg was too low before, and now slightly higher. Definitely not enough to outperform mythics at all, nor to make your customers interested

Staff proc doesnt seem to outperform aqua without 700% stacking damage I believe. I like the movement speed part of aqua and think adding it to all weapons is fair. Will people aim to buy new arcanes...
