I highly doubt you would be able to transfer any items, their previous games all you have been able to do was reserve your name.

You'll want to use it when fighting monsters around the same level as your toon (and no more than 10 levels below).

Congratulations, the Polar Explorer set vanity aura is very cool with the blue snowflakes and the white spotted aura on the ground.

Pretty sure if this becomes a reality, it will be a fresh start for all players, new and old, considering it would be a whole new game and not just an expansion of PL.
