As far as I know, I don't think there are any procs for forgotten items. I'm not a huge twinker so I would not know :( Sorry.

157 str rest dex is best if you're planning towards pvping but 157 str rest int is a bit more for pve based players due to its tanking and nice mana to keep spamming skills and healing.

The hallow items drop in level intervals of 5 btw, so no L16. Only 5,10,15,20.. Etc :D

Ofc a bird can master a lilith mage, ik a bunch of very good birds who can kill 61 mages easily.
At 51 only balanced thing is stuff, imo only hybrid classes are good at 51 but im an oldschool...

I never purchased those but I think the
3 pack includes: Helm, Armor, Bow
4 pack includes: Helm, Armor, Weapon (probably dagger or talon), Shield

The 3 pack is a pack of 3 pinks.
The 4 pack is a pack of 4 pinks.

hammer fox is a very viable setup if you're using plat pack...
crossbow rhino is an instant failure

I dunno if there is lvl13 crossbows, I suggest getting to a higher lvl then get a crossbow/bow/dagger/talon/duel wield weapons

Bears are for beginners whereas mages are for more advanced players. But you could say "dumb down" the skill needed for a mage by just going a kite build.

For bears your stats shall be all dex...

some gems you can loot from dungeons
