Lol, they always run from 63 to 61 then to 58, once somebody get better awake and these merchants getting farmed, they go back 63, already happened 4 times

All awakening gems used during this brief period have been returned (as bound gem packs in inventory). If you're currently online you may need to zone a few times for them to show up.
