I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I can't find the thread so I'm making a new one.
We should have lodeouts on respecd builds like we do on gear, only these cost 50 plat(or more) to lock...
I agree. Why would anyone want that pull skill upgrade for PvE when it doesn't work on bosses?

What level are they versus you? If you don't take any damage because you're testing against low level mobs, you won't get as much mana.

Yeah Interrupt doesn't work on most new boss mobs. We need to figure out good gameplay for Interrupt. If you could interrupt the bosses major attacks (the ones with a warning cone), they would be too...
