What armor and weapons are you using? Icescale or Frigid Potency armours are relatively cheap and some of the best (excluding mythic and Imbued/Dark Crystal armours) which you can get armour and helm...

Or have a PVP room you can enter from guild hall where kills/deaths don't count so you can train and play with guildmates.
