I feel like evasive rate is at its biggest when you login and go straight to the map where it can spawn.

I had 4 different evasive mobs spawned in 1st run after log-in

[Edit: While this strategy still works, it’s no longer as effective at the moment but read it anyway so if it becomes better in future you know how]
