I still need a bunch of mob/boss aps and we all know grinding those are a drag. How to get ppl into running? Maybe mini events for each expansion with random drops from mobs and points from bosses....

Or why not just every level be able to join honors with gears scaled to endgame? This way you don't have to cap just to play, and would expand the player base for honors.
