i just farmed the whole 30 minutes with the Amulet Haunter's Elixir and didnt even spawned a single portal.
Am i just extremely unlucky or is the spawn rate that low?

I personally think the L76 fossilized dragon egg should be turned into a vanity. Considering it's the only early cap item that isn't a vanity and it's basicly useless now that 76 cap is no longer....
