I believe best buff are mephisto, guen and arc werewigers maybe very close as second or third


As to best combo this is what I would use

Base heroic mishi and hb use arc loveling, aa mephisto...

Instead of old weapons and old vanities, simply just add new vanities and reuse the old elite maps for some other new drops.

I hate to say that but something like kershal or maul but different...

For none gold loot you can do:
Jewel farming
Puzzle Box crate farming
Mau map farming which is my favorite of all

I only agree with some of the point such as adding more unlocked crate farming ...

It is going to be useless soon after the event when sts nerf the mythic weapons.

A better way to fix inflation is to recycle gold. For example, instead of plat elixers for events, provide water down version of elixer with purchase of gold. Update sir spentalot with token draw...
