They are just rushing stuff in general. Lv 91 expansion was said to be in around 18 months or something. Thats not a lot of time. I don't understand the point of adding stuff to the game if its going...

In other games I play that stat reduces debuff timers even up to 100%. If you get hit with a 5s stun and have 50% tenacity it becomes 2.5s stun.
