I really wish STS would finally clarify in the descriptions which skill upgrades work in PvE only and which are both PvE & PvP.

We all know the detrimental advantage these gems have over those who don't have them. And with the expansion coming up, if these gems dont get taken care of, then the whole issue of gear imbalance...

We do have tradeable respecs coming in a future new app version that should help you get the respec...
