If you delete one of your characters & later on you ask sts to recover it for you but someone has already taken that characters name then sts puts a number in the name.

If your account gets hacked, and for some reason you lose your original name, STS replaces with original name and a number.

My problem was that I couldn't connect to the server. I can play on another computer, even on my mobile using the same network. I tried to reinstall windows and I still couldn't play on both windows...
