It has its place on support mages but for full offense ones I prefer meteor for the quick heavy damage. I use fire, ice, lightning and wind so I’m already rapid firing my spells. That 6 seconds...

Yep once they are gone only recolored versions are released. Only choice is to buy them in auction if they are tradeable.

Most of the auto levelers don't know that canons in kraag give free gold. I just send them there when they beg.

It would be great if all old elite gear was scaled to 45/46. Id love to have a 46 nordr jewel, archi pylon or firesquid rod to use in current maps.

There isn't a good health set for 46 yet. Best you can find is imbued of security or icescale security/dragonscale of will level 41. They have low damage but imbued is much better of them.

You know the name of the player with epic gear beating full mythic players a few seasons back. Topic got taken down so can't check lol. With enough skill it's possible tho.
