Trulle is a real boon especially if u know how to use him just when he is abt to bring the his weapon down use fire and stun this mostly results in the elimination of rouge and mage from other team...

if u compare abt stuns sam panic is much more better than singe stun but it beats sam stat wise at twink lvl with so much hp and other buffs
