For normal zone chat, no. Watchers can see zone chat from other watchers, but not the players in the zone, and vice-versa.

I adjust my play to whatever is happening. If everyone is slow, I slow down. If everyone is fast, I keep up or I might cut corners. If it is all too frustrating, I solo. Adjust play to game, right?

I go to options and joystick tracking. Switch it off and on.
