Massive update of item stats on wiki

We've now got over 1000 items with stats:

Items include the usual stats and we have a template that calculates expected DPS, hit, crit etc. for a player of the right level equipped with the weapon all based off of physiologic's awesome stat guide. We added a damage per minute calc and a zombie per minute (ZPM) calc too!

Items are broken down by categories: Weapons, Armors, Shields, Helmets. We've got a few Vanity items and plan to get the rest listed soon.

Also, we're not just limiting the wiki to pink items (thanks yanis!) we also have: blue, green, orange, white and even gray items :)
