Good Morning Spacetimestudios! Need some help :)

I started playing twink a month ago and been doing bards quest everyday, accidentally i leveled up my character ( Bittersweeet )into 11 without knowing that i can disable exp gain in options, someone told me that i can but too late for me to know cos my character went to 11.

Id be glad if you'd help me to bring my characters lvl back to 10 since my friends are in lvl 10 pvp.

Lastly several months ago i lose my rogue character ( Bleurr ) Lvl 35 on a different account is there any possibilities that i can retrieve it?
