Skill Suggestion: Turbo

While playing Op in Shipyard the other day, it occurred to me that what we need is a Turbo skill. It would be a very short-term (6 seconds or less) boost to speed. It would give an Op (or a Commando--it would be good for them, too) a chance to cut thru a mob and reach those nasty little dual-pistol-wielding healers that always seem to stand in the back of a group and are therefore hard to target.

The skill would be short-term and with a long cool-down, maybe something like Precision, so it wouldn't negate the desire for speed pots. It could have a decent health or mana cost for use to keep it from being spammed (as much as you can "spam" something with a long cool-down). But it would be a real boon to get around to the back side of a mob or get out of range of a proximity mine you've been blown next to or even a little extra speed boost to get back to the group more quickly if respawning from start. Just a thought. :)
