Is lvl 41 a twink level now?

If it is, how active is it?

It is a twink level, Every level that is not 46 is twink :)

Yeah lvl 41-43 is active lvl full of players and PvP guilds also. Well it was month ago. Maybe something's changed.

is 41 really active? well i tried entering that lvl but all i can hear is crickets
