Low level lock opening

So why has it been removed for low levels ? I opened crates and only got a crate token......

I'm guessing you were level 1? It generally wasn't possible to do before level 2, so sometimes we forget to hook them up for level 1. You can always hit the info button to see though. I'll hook up level 1 for the next update.
