Lvl 1? How the heck?...

I just saw two lvl ones in forest haven with zero xp. :-/ don't u lvl during the tutorial? (they clearly looked like noobs no plat gear or awesome pink/purple stuff)

U dont have to do the tutorial if u dont want to if it's not your first char

Clarified: You don't have to do the tutorial a second time.

It just gives you the option to skip

Or lock your XP before you begin the tutorial. Or just even join a town via world map inside of the tutorial.

It must be this, made a char, lock xp, at tutorial. I've seen a level 1 twink before.

You dont have to do tutorial:) they skipped it is all.. First time seeing a lvl 1?

Level one with 0 xp, if you create a toon, you can have one too.
