that would defeat the purpose of the 77 elite entirely, don't make ridiculous demands
so this glitch surely got exploited to get 3pc (or 2pc) rings on a lot of chars tht didn't even reach 77....
what about fixing this? thts pretty unfair... we don't need more unfair stuff (already got some ppl getting special vanities in sts guild and some guilds get information earlier...lol)

The Elite Cut Throat Title was originally created for the level 76 title. It isn't hooked up for level 77 and it wasn't on our radar for this level cap raise. It may be something we can retroactively apply in the future, but we don't currently have plans to do so.Quote:
