Rogue skill bugs and mob bugs

I play on and Wi-Fi IPad as well as 2 different HP computers and have encountered these problems at both.

-Veil bomb does not explode when smoke runs outs as stated. Yes I do have the skill activated and yes it is when it is charged.
-Shadow piercer has stopped going off correctly since several updates back. On a charge I have the skill where it should do 3 attacks but does nothing at all on most occasions.
-When setting off a heal charged or not no health packs appear on occasions.
-The 2 rogues in front of lost mages mine in arcanum grounds are not kill-able. Their health, defense, & attack seem higher than even elite mobs or bosses.
-The mob hidden in the corner of arcanum castle before you get to glob seems to have the similar problem to the rogues I just mentioned.
-Characters auto target health packs dropped by bosses and craters left by metors. This is super annoying!

I have seen this. I'll add it to my list of things to look at.

They could be killed, but they were also Elite level. Should be fixed soon.
