Midnight Executioner of Pain bugged?

I'd like to address this issue.. the weapon may need a few tweaks sure its a powerful weapon.. but very slow.. the proc which creates haste like buff and another which is maybe power buff.. but when these buffs happen it seems to cancel out ur current pet when a character used them completely removing the effect unless u unequip or die with it then it fixes it self.. So im suggesting a few improvements

1. Slightly increase the speed
2. Fix midnight procs knockback/ power/haste to work correctly
3. Make haste buff to effect whole current team for 5 secs
