Sincerely, everyone that wants to use tall vanity hats.
If you go to options and click on hide hat, the halo will disappear as well. Then you can use any vanity hat without the halo showing up.

Just give set gold sparkles like magor
I think it looks awesome with some of the tall vanity hats... particularly witches hats :)
