Isn't Arcane Pendant of Potency level 21 suppose to have 26 STR, 13 INT and 3.0 damage? now it only have 24 STR, 12 INT, 3.0dmg.
Or there is another Necklace that have the stat of 26STR, 13 INT and 3.0 dmg?
