Possible Operative Skill Bugs

Was testing out the operative skills, and found these oddities. They may be how the skills are intended to work, or may not, so wanted to post them.

Flames of Insanity Description says 4 Second Duration, X Damage per Second. I understand this to mean 4 hits, but enemy only takes 3 Damage Hits.

Psychic Lash Description says 6 Second Duration, X Damage each 2 Seconds. Again, I interpret this as 3 Hits, but enemy only takes 2. These could be 'bugs', or could by design.

Sympathetic Anguish Description: can jump targets up to 2 times -20% damage per jump. This one took me a while to figure out, but it seems if you KILL the original target, it will not jump. Again, could be a bug, or could be by design. Want to just make sure the skills are working as planned.
