Considering the other programs were shut down. I would have to say that it would be safe to say the answer is no.

Hmm, what other programs Vys? and what are the rewards, if there's any.
The goas wasnt just a forum thing it was a in game guild of the most helpful players. Untill some were being helpful just to get in the.guild then turned out to be some.of the.rudest and worse.types of players caused sts to shut it down. The.few goas i see on forums here and pl now are stil that way so id like to thank them for keepin it up though
