Hello everyone!
I just learning how to play this game!
And found there's an option in store "pet"
But I cannot find any item in this category, is something wrong?
OR how can I buy a pets or get them?
OR is this function shut down and just open in particular time or for higher level?

there arnt any pets for sale at this time but maybe once/if they update there will be. if you get to lvl 31 you get a free gargoyle pet
Pets were temporarily available in the store, but not anymore now, until a next event is started u can't buy them at the store for plat.
However u can also buy a pet at the auction house ((in club across bar). Currently Purple Wisp, Ghost pet an Albino bats are for sale there.
As Scissorshands mentioned, u get a gargoyle pet for free when u lvl up to 31.
And if u r feeling real lucky, try to find the albino bats at Morhaven District, Rooftops Assailllant and/or Laboratory Secrets.
Albino bats drop there but it's a rare find. If u do u'll be rich, bats r worth millions at auction.
