We've both thought about and implemented unique gameplay modes with varying degrees of success (CTF, Domination, Escort, Fishing, Gathering, Gauntlet, Protect, PvE, Racing, Royale, and TDM).
I appreciate the suggestion, but currently, we'd rather focus on things the players have requested (skill revamp, new weapons, expansion, feats, economy, VIP rewards, etc.) than on another gameplay mode. You can see the current list of initiatives in the Community Suggestions List thread (link).
