I'm not a rogue, But i think they have a different stats, But the proc is still the same. The stats only has been changed.
All brutality. Others names on another lvls but proc is pretty same. Stat different cause of lvls they are available
This is a good thing you showed. To many stupid names for all sort of items.. And they become bigger and bigger each new season with more stupid adjectives -.- my collector heart hurt me. Really i dont know whos the one who make the names but it seem that he did it when he/she is in the influence of products.
