Does arc deary still spawn portals to get to different towns? If so what triggers it? Mobs? Bosses? And does it hurt if other pets are slotted as hb aa?

What worked for me was using arc deary as a base pet and killing event bosses with it
You can slot whatever u want in it :)
I think it does work but idk if it's still rentable
