Napalm! Its still a lvl 40 gun but it remains as the best gun in the game imo. And it drops in The Hive btw.

Whichever gun tickles your pickle is best gun...
Depends on your lvl Too... For a long time (Before The Hive) The Nova Blaster Was concidered the Best gun.
Then It became the Primed Tempest Coil and Primed Napalm Carbine.
Now its all depending on your class as well as lvl.
