Game says it can looted from boss, is it any boss?
since its a universal level update I'm 99% sure it's any boss. As for drop rates from easier bosses to harder, i have no idea if this applies.
Honestly i dont think its in the game.
Dude its in the store for 10 platinum if you buy it then the one who waves you will get blue hat
