Guild Ranks

I think it would be much better for guilds if we could create our own guild ranks (name them & choose what they can and/or can't do). Like you name the rank High Overseer (I just made that up, okay? >.>) and the function would be like an alternative GM, if the GM was inactive/offline (so he could kick/promote/demote everyone but the GM himself. Because now all we got are like 3 choices (excluding GM) and that's boring, people can't get creative with the guilds, and it's just not working out too well in general (in my opinion).
