How do I change forum picture

I went to albums and don't have any pictures or anything, I use mobile and don't understand how to change my forum picture so I'm a blank face pretty much right now

Do you mean signature? Or like the bear on mine?

Settings > Change Avatar


Must be in Desktop view of the forums
(Mobile version of the website will not work)
